World Times

You can add a clock from any time zone and put your own place name under the clock. You can also save and load your configuration of clocks.

Windows XP version

This is a simple .NET application I put together after spending some time investigating how time zones work under Windows XP. You will need to have the .NET Framework installed before you can use this.
